About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our students through various channels, including phone, electronic communications, and face-to-face interactions.
Your strong customer service skills and well-developed interpersonal abilities will enable you to be a friendly, supportive, and consistent partner for our students from application to graduation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey
* Help students overcome obstacles and ensure they have access to the resources they need to succeed
* Train, mentor, and support other team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultures
* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
