About the position
Our client is seeking a Senior Lawyer with a minimum of 10 years PAE to lead and manage a busy and varied practice across Family Law, Litigation, and Property Law. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and mentoring junior lawyers within a close-knit and professional environment.
You will handle a diverse mix of matters including:
* Complex parenting and property family law disputes
* Civil litigation involving contractual disputes, debt recovery and estate litigation
* Residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing and property settlements
You’ll be joining a firm that embraces innovation, clear communication, and collaboration—and where your contribution will directly impact both the firm and the local community.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 10 years PAE across Family Law, Litigation, and Property
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client rapport
* Proven track record of managing files independently from start to finish
* Leadership experience or mentoring junior staff is highly regarded
* Admission to practise in Queensland and current practising certificate
