About the Role
We are looking for a causal Commis Chefs to join the team. You'll be a key player in the daily operations across the hotel outlets. You'll help deliver high-quality food across the Zebu restaurant and bar, breakfast, Events and IRD for the hotel while maintaining standards, food safety and a great guest experience.
Skills & Experience
* 1+ years of experience as a commis chef working in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
* Experience working on different sections of the kitchen is ideal, but we can train you.
* Passion for cooking good food and working breakfast or dinner shifts.
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
* Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
