This is a multi-faceted role, split primarily between presales engagement and solution delivery, where you act as a trusted advisor bridging technology, business value, and customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales to drive complex and strategic opportunities through the pipelineLead discovery sessions, stakeholder engagements, and solution workshops to define business and technical requirementsDeliver tailored demonstrations, presentations, and Proof of Concept (POC) engagementsDevelop compelling RFx responses that clearly articulate value, differentiation, and customer outcomesOwn the end-to-end delivery of CCaaS solutions, covering planning, configuration, integration, testing, and deploymentDeliver AI-powered self-service solutions, including voice and chatbots, supporting the transition from legacy IVR to modern conversational flows.Act as the technical lead throughout delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and a seamless customer experienceBuild strong, trusted relationships with customers to drive adoption and long-term successProvide strategic and technical guidance to optimise performance and maximise value realisationStay current with emerging technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, as well as advancements in AI, product enhancements, and integration capabilitiesIdeal Candidate This role suits a consultant who combines strong technical expertise with a customer-first, outcome-driven mindset:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years' experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role delivering contact centre solutionsStrong knowledge of the CX ecosystem, including Compliance Recording, Conversational Analytics, CRM integrations, and Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)Solid understanding of AI and agent-based architectures, including multi-agent patterns, orchestration, and deterministic flowsPractical experience delivering Conversational AI solutions such as virtual agents, chatbots, and self-service capabilities within contact centre environmentsHands‐on experience with Microsoft AI Foundry, including agent development, knowledge grounding, governance, testing, and performance monitoringExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior and C‐level stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executive audiencesA consultative approach with the ability to guide customers through CX transformation initiativesWillingness to travel for customer engagements, partner collaboration, and industry eventsWe valuePassion ,Integrity, andExcellence- and we're looking for someone who truly lives these values.IMPORTANT: By submitting your application for this job opportunity, you consent to CentrePal Pty Ltd retaining your CV, profile, and any other information collected during the recruitment process for a period of six months.
