In this role you will:
* Support the Rail Systems Construction Lead with site coordination for the assigned section of the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport (SMWSA) Project.
* Lead various teams to plan and deliver a range of Rail Systems across the SMWSA alignment.
* Coordinate with multi-disciplinary site teams, ensuring safety and collaborative behaviors.
* Control the administration and delivery of contracts, ensuring projects are completed to time, cost, quality, and scope.
* Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to coordinate the best outcome for the project.

Your qualifications and experience:
* Engineering Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or equivalent.
* Professional Rail Systems Engineering, Construction, and T&C experience in complex Rail Systems Projects.
* Demonstrated experience with CIVIL and Rail Systems Interfaces.
* Knowledge and awareness of work health and safety principles and relevant rail safety legislation.
