Position
Harvey Norman Epping Factory Outlet Cashiers Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Cashier to join them in delivering Great Service, Always to their customers.
Overview
As a Cashier, you will have an understanding of home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and communication.
* Work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Replenish large volumes of stock.
* Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
* Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate service.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards.
* Work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
Qualifications
* Passion for retail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Highly motivated, results driven with a strong eye for detail.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Experience with efficient cash handling and POS systems is desirable.
* High interest in Visual Merchandising.
* Enthusiastic, willing to learn with a "can do" attitude.
