Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
The key responsibility of this role is to lead and manage the service in line with government regulations, legislation, National Quality Framework, and organisational requirements.
Key focus areas include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, fostering a positive atmosphere and contributing to a sense of belonging among members.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services
* Developing and implementing strategies to build stakeholder relationships and improve commitment to the organisation
* Creating a supportive culture of safety and well-being
Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or other recognised qualifications AND working towards a Diploma
* Hold one of the following child protection certificates: CHCPRT025, CHCPRT026, or CHCECE057
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing service delivery
Additional Requirements:
* Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
* First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
* Open licence and ability to operate a 12 seater minibus
