Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the administrative team
- Managing day-to-day practice operations and workflows
- Providing exceptional patient care experiences
- Ensuring billing and account management compliance
- Managing patient records and ensuring their accuracy
**About You**
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, preferably in imaging clinics and in a leadership role
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Experience with practice management software and systems
- A customer-focused and empathetic approach
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot on a regular basis
