About the role

In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact for system queries and troubleshooting, support software testing and configuration updates, manage staff access (onboarding and offboarding), maintain system documentation, and deliver user training. You'll also liaise with stakeholders to identify requirements and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Duties will include:

* Facilitate effective communication with staff reporting client management system issues Role model strong interpersonal relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Contribute to a positive and effective team culture that is responsive to cultural diversity and equity.
* Develop and Support Testing of Software Releases, Functional Updates and configuration changes
* First Point of Contact for System Related Queries and Trouble shooting
* Staff Security Access Configuration (Onboard and Offboard)
* Complete System Documentation through Training Guides and Configuration Documentation
* Deliver User Training (Formal and Informal)
* Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
* Maintain confidentiality and provide effective service to both internal and external stakeholders from culturally diverse backgrounds.
* Comply with all operational, policy and regulatory compliance obligations set by Mercy Community
* Ensure you have up-to-date personal history checks relevant to your role and client access, as required

About you

* Experience with technical problem solving of system issues.
* Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven.
* Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain organisational forms and reports.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, proactive problem-solving, and proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and collaborate as a team member.
* Proven skills in using computer systems, at an advanced level
* Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Information Technology or Similar.
* Experience preparing workplace or operational reports.
* Experience working in a Not-for-Profit environment.
* Knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and issues, with a commitment to respectful engagement and practices.
