**Service Support Officer Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Support Officer to join our Client Services Team. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality technical and administrative support services to internal and external clients.
In this exciting opportunity, you will work alongside experienced professionals to contribute your skills and expertise to drive success for the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing support and advice to internal and external clients for Webex and GovTeams
* Support and training delivery of using virtual platforms and video conferencing systems, including monitoring slides, trouble shooting, moderating questions and setting up and managing break-out rooms
* Providing support to the Director in the delivery of office requirements
* Engaging in trials or investigations of new technology systems or features within existing systems
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience in providing business support such as technical support and/or administrative support. You will also have excellent organisational skills, problem-solving skills, be solutions focused and have a keen eye for detail to ensure high quality service.
