**About the Assignment**
- Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator
- Bayu-Undan Decommissioning Project
- Perth, WA Based

The Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator will support the delivery of timely and fit-for-purpose stakeholder engagement, regulatory approvals and local content outcomes for the Bayu-Undan Decommissioning Project.

**Tasks include**:

- Facilitate internal and external stakeholder identification, engagement and monitoring.
- Support processing, submission, and monitoring of Regulatory approvals for Bayu-Undan Project offshore and onshore activities.
- Support the implementation of BUD Project local content requirements for Bayu-Undan to enable the capacity for T-L employees and T-L suppliers to optimise their local content opportunities.
- Conduct activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Support ongoing open communication/meetings with internal departments, and Regulators and JVPs where appropriate, to facilitate good relationships; to negotiate to achieve Santos' company strategy; and to achieve good understandings and alignment.
- Support approval development and submissions for both onshore and offshore Regulators - which includes the keeping and following of schedules within RoadMaps and providing skilled internal approval support in alignment with project, commercial, legal and stakeholder engagement teams.
- Develop strategies, schedules and execution plans to motivate Project team and support teams as required to facilitate preparation, review and the timely submission of approvals.
- Support the implementation of local content initiatives (goods and services, employment, training and capacity building) including monitoring and performance management of offshore and onshore contractor local content commitments.
- Review contractor Local Content Plans submitted as part of Project Tender Evaluation process and then collaboratively review contractor Local Content Reports on need.
- The position is based in Perth and may invite some intermittent travel to Timor-Leste based on need._

**This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.**

**Location for this assignment is Perth, WA, working full-time office hours with some requirement for travel.**

**Essential Professional Experience Required**:

- Commitment to collaboration and to teamwork both with face to face, and virtual teams.
- Highly accomplished verbal and written communication and presentation skills with excellent planning, presentation, implementation and facilitation skills.
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills to support the Project's and Santos' strategic objectives.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with considerable experience working with, respecting and understanding other cultures.
- Highly computer literate practitioner with strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple scopes.
- Strong understanding and experience of the local content culture and/or experience in a similar role with Local Content and development of Local Content Plans.
- Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high-quality work.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification/s in a technical, commercial, legal or other relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role - preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
- Skilled knowledge of Stakeholder engagement, capacity development and of the Australian oil and gas sector.
