About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a boutique store in Burnside. This role suits a customer-focused retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, building strong teams, and creating a warm, engaging store environment. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, nurturing community connections, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
What you will do
* Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Drive sales performance through strong product knowledge, visual merchandising, and service excellence
* Analyse sales results and implement strategies to improve store profitability
* Build strong relationships within the local community and foster customer loyalty
* Plan and execute in-store events to enhance customer engagement
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business values and boutique aesthetic
* Manage daily store operations including stock handling, visual standards, and team rostering
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
What you will bring
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in fashion retail
* Strong sales leadership skills with a customer-first mindset
* Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Confidence engaging with the local community and hosting in-store events
* A hands-on approach and willingness to be actively involved on the shop floor
* Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
* Physically capable of managing day-to-day retail tasks including stock handling
