Due to our expansion, we are seeking an Intermediate/Senior Accountant to join our team and contribute to our firm's culture and client relationships.
As such, now is a perfect time to join our team and enjoy a role offering variety across taxation and compliance, business advisory services, and self-managed superannuation fund services.
Working directly alongside the Manager and Partner, this full-time permanent role will involve:
* Preparation of Activity Statements, Tax Returns, including FBT returns, and Financial Statements for a broad range of clients.
* Preparation of QBCC Financial Statements.
* Real client contact, including building strong client relationships.
* Assisting in the preparation and delivery of ad hoc business advisory matters.
* Other accounting duties as required.
Salary range of $60,000-$120,000 + work phone.

3pm finishes on Fridays.
Hands-on development and mentorship + formal training + study leave.
A level of autonomy that is rare at this level, and no micro-management, because good people can manage themselves.
Experience and qualifications
CPA/CA qualified or working towards it.
3+ years of Public Practice experience and a solid understanding of tax and compliance.
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and a professional attitude.
Strong time management skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage your own workload and adapt to changing circumstances, whilst maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines.
Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a current, valid Australian work visa - English proficiency is a must.
