Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineer you will be a trusted advisor to customers, driving long-term strategic direction and growing engagement at the CXO level. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in the pre-sales community; share best practices, support peers and leverage the efforts of others to broaden your impact and empower others.

* Collaborate with teams across Microsoft bringing the full potential of Microsoft to deliver an amazing solution to our customers
* Orchestrating and executing POCs, envision workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and conducting technical demonstrations to showcase the business value of D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 Contact Center, D365 Field Service, Copilot Studio, and LOB AI Agents offerings. You will proactively collaborate with partners early in the sales cycle.
* Be part of a dedicated sales community supported by Account teams, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams that enable you to drive enterprise-wide adoption of D365 solutions.
* Secure competitive wins against key competitors of Sales & Service D365 offerings like Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Genesys, Avaya, and AmazonConnect by showcasing Microsoft's unique differentiation, One Microsoft narrative, supporting migration and replacement technical plans, and addressing technical blockers related to Copilot and AI Agents compliance, privacy, and security concerns.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* 10+ years technology-related experience in Enterprise SaaS presales or consulting
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years experience in presales, preferably for a SaaS solution
* Expert understanding and 1 - 2 years' experience selling into one of the following industries: Government, Healthcare, and/or Higher Education
* Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings, ideally including Microsoft's Dynamics 365 offerings, including competitors and related ecosystems.
* Strong experience, interest and curiousity in customer facing presentations, software demonstration and storytelling technique
