Liberty Disability Services is searching for a unique, passionate and open-minded Community Mentors and Personal Care Assistants
We are looking for someone we can rely on, is available to work and is genuinely passionate about working with people with a disability.
We have a strong focus on working for our clients and with our clients every step of their NDIS journey. We believe in freedom of choice and making sure our clients' voices are heard.
The job role includes but not limited to:
Providing personal care and assistance in home and out in the community
Morning and evening routines
Meal preparation and dinner assistance
Attending appointments
Community access
Light domestic duties
Case notes (at completion of a shift)
Current CPR and First Aid
Working with Children Check - (Employee)
NDIS Worker Screener Check includes police check
Full Drivers license and Car
Exceptional oral communication
Availability to work more than 3 full days a week (20+ hours)
Preferences but not essential:
Casual respite availability an advantage
Experience with support work and PCA
For all of our clients we provide individual training for new team members as each client has their own journey. We provide shadow shifts and detailed handover.

Pay: $36.71 - $48.72 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
