Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and innovation in our product range sales across Oceania and Southeast Asia. As a key member of our team, you will identify, evaluate, and negotiate new sales and marketing opportunities, while collaborating with customer center teams to foster a culture of trust and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Growth Strategy: Develop revenue models, channels, pricing, and product strategies for Surface/Submersible pumps and bolt-on acquisitions.
* Sales and Marketing: Negotiate strategic partnerships and support growth plans with Customer Centers for Portable Flow.
* Market Engagement: Prioritize and track investments in new product initiatives, maintaining strong market engagement and follow-ups.
* Best Practices Sharing: Share best practices across teams, aligning sales with market needs and regulations.
* Targeted Sales Campaigns: Lead targeted sales campaigns to increase market share.
* Product Knowledge: Strengthen product knowledge of AC and Sykes brands through site visits and spare parts strategy.
* Training and Support: Create tailored training materials for products and tools, providing application support for pump sizing, setup, and spare parts selection.
* Master Data Management: Manage master data and spare parts locally, implementing pricing strategies and coordinating ordering processes.
* Continuous Improvement: Improve AC-Sykes products based on NPE feedback, participating in Technical Council to drive product enhancements.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with PTS for accurate spare parts info, pricing, and service training, assessing acquisition targets and leading marketing integration across divisions.
Requirements:
* Experience: Extensive experience in surface and submersible pumps with strong commercial and technical background.
