Handle conflicts and disputes, fostering positive relationships with owners and stakeholders. Monitor financial activities, maintain accurate business records, and provide timely reporting. Review, assess, and implement strata and community management agreements. Coordinate maintenance, and repairs, to ensure properties are well-maintained. Contribute to the development and management of property and facilities contracts.
