Overview
The Compassionate Friends Inc. Mandurah – Mandurah WA is seeking a dedicated Funding Officer to play a key role in securing and managing the financial resources that allow us to continue providing compassionate, community-based support. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting funding applications, maintaining accurate grant records and ensuring all reporting requirements are met. Your contribution will directly support the programs and initiatives that help families feel less alone during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Responsibilities
* Research and identify new funding opportunities.
* Prepare high-quality funding applications and coordinate with team members to align proposals with organisational goals.
* Manage grant acquittals and maintain up-to-date funding registers.
* Ensure reporting requirements are met and maintain accurate grant records.
* Stay informed about trends and changes across the funding environment.
* Collaborate with others to support the delivery of services that provide understanding, connection and hope.
