Pharmacy Education and Research Position
We are seeking a distinguished academic leader to advance pharmacy education, research and community impact in northern Australia.
* Lead the development of innovative and accredited pharmacy curricula that transform health outcomes in regional, rural and Indigenous communities.
* Drive research excellence by establishing nationally and/or internationally recognised research programs, securing competitive funding, publishing high-impact outputs and mentoring early-career academics and HDR candidates.
* Strengthen partnerships with professional bodies and community pharmacies across northern Australia.
* Provide academic leadership within the College – including governance, workload management, staff development and cross-discipline collaboration.
* Teach and supervise undergraduate, postgraduate and higher degree research students.
About You
You are an accomplished academic and registered pharmacist who brings expertise in pharmacy education, research and professional practice.
Requirements
* Hold a PhD and demonstrate a strong record of teaching innovation, curriculum development and emerging research success.
* Be recognised nationally for your expertise, with proven research performance, HDR supervision, grant success and leadership in curriculum, accreditation or program coordination.
* Established national or international leaders with a significant research track record, major academic and sector-wide impact and demonstrated success in staff leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making.
