We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team of Residential Youth Workers, providing care and support to young people in out-of-home care.

Key Responsibilities
* Create a secure and stimulating environment that promotes independence and self-esteem.
* Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meals, and hygiene.
* Facilitate transportation to school, appointments, and community activities.
* Promote socialization and skill development through engagement in local community activities.
* Manage health needs, including administering medications and maintaining accurate records.
* Deliver trauma-informed care, supporting young people with complex behaviors using evidence-based approaches.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of a Certificate IV in Youth Work or similar qualification.
* An Australian Driver's License (Full).
* A NSW Working with Children Check.
* A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
* A Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
* The ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
