One of our valued clients is a leader in the Medical Devices Industry. With offices around Australia there is an immediate vacancy for an experienced **ANZ** **Customer Service Representative at their North Ryde location.** This is a 5 days per week casual role for 8 months+ with this large international company.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate that you have the following**:
**Skills & Experience**
- Collaborate across multiple departments (finance, warehouse, supply chain, Commercial team, medical devices ect
- Be able to effectively manage orders, consignment inventory, liaising with product specialists, hospital staff and warehouse to maintain stock availability at hospital locations.
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of internal and external customer service management
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- **Able to work 8.30am-5.00pm 5 days per week**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take direction and change priorities as required
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel and Access)
- Ability to work in diverse environments and be part of a team
- Ability to work unsupervised and a willingness and flexibility to work reasonable overtime and rosters to meet customer needs.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
