About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned contract administration professional to lead our project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery.

1. Contract management based on a project, including sub and head contract management.
2. Establishing appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunities.
3. Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules across multiple trades across the project lifecycle.
4. Progress claims and variations.


Requirements

* A senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts.
* Demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects.
* An industry-relevant degree qualification.
* Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and Regulations.
