You will partner with senior leaders and act as an escalation point for complex employment and industrial matters, supporting workforce capability and organisational outcomes.Key responsibilities include:* Leading and developing a team to deliver high-quality HR and people management services* Managing and overseeing complex employment, industrial, performance and injury management matters* Providing expert, practical advice to executives and senior leaders on legislation, policy and workforce issues* Driving continuous improvement in HR systems, processes and leadership capability#### **About you:**You are an experienced and trusted HR professional who brings sound judgement, strong leadership capability, and a collaborative approach to people management. You are comfortable navigating complexity and providing clear, practical advice in a large, dynamic environment.
