Programme Manager
We are seeking a dynamic individual with proven programme management and delivery experience. This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong grasp of the innovation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of KQ accelerator programmes from outreach to Demo Day, ensuring smooth execution and great participant experience.
* Shape and refine programme design, content and delivery to drive innovation and impact.
* Build strong relationships with founders, offering mentoring, guidance and strategic connections to support growth and funding.
* Collaborate with partners to expand networks and strengthen the UK's health innovation ecosystem.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for empowering early-stage entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. They should have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A degree in a relevant field, such as business or economics, is desirable but not essential. What matters most is the candidate's ability to deliver results-driven solutions and contribute to our mission of driving health innovation.

Salary: £53,685 plus benefits, dependent on experience.
