Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team of restaurant managers and their teams.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Proactive leadership, coaching and development of our restaurants' management teams
* Managing our restaurant network to achieve sales growth targets
* Continually reviewing, monitoring and improving operations of our restaurants, ensuring consistency and a customer-centric culture
* Building operational capabilities by ensuring restaurants are set up for success through reporting and analysis of operations, continual training and implementing processes and procedures in line with industry standards
* Cultivating and building relationships with the network to ensure an ongoing culture of transparency and cohesiveness is observed
* Assisting the General Manager with the operational coordination of all new restaurant openings and ensuring that new restaurant managers are trained and guided through the process
About You
We are looking for someone who gets things done. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, and you need to move quickly to keep up.
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Multi-site management experience
* QSR or hospitality experience is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles
* Able to build credible relationships at all levels
* Commercially aware, calm under pressure, and objective
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities
* Strong customer focus
* Self-motivated to achieve results and deadlines
