The
Continuous Improvement Manager
plays a key role in driving operational excellence across logistics and supply chain operations. You'll lead LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives, reduce waste, enhance productivity, and help embed a continuous improvement mindset across all sites. You will analyse operational data to identify performance gaps, deliver process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes, and manage end-to-end CI projects from concept to completion.

This is a hands-on
Continuous Improvement
position where you'll drive initiatives that boost productivity, reduce costs, and embed a strong CI mindset across the network. You'll play an integral role in shaping operational excellence and delivering measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will:
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
* Improve operational performance by reducing errors and optimising labour and equipment usage
* Build CI capability across teams, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement
* Deliver cost and efficiency benefits through data-led solutions and innovative practices
* Work closely with teams across ANZ and APAC to ensure alignment with Operations Excellence frameworks
* Identify and implement digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operational value
* Manage complex CI projects end-to-end, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and clear outcomes
About you
You're someone who thrives on problem-solving and genuinely enjoys making operations run better, faster, and smarter. You're confident working with data, comfortable driving change, and able to bring people along on the improvement journey.
To be successful, you'll have:
* Experience in logistics operations with exposure to P&L responsibilities
* Hands-on CI experience, ideally with LEAN or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
* Must have
