Key Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in case management within the aged care, community, or health sector
* Knowledge of the aged care sector, Home Care Packages, and relevant legislation
* Strong client-centred communication and advocacy skills
* Financial management skills in relation to package funding
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Risk assessment and problem-solving abilities
