Business Development Manager – Health, Wellness & Beauty

We’re looking for a driven Territory Manager/Sales Representative that is looking to take the next step as a Business Development Manager to help us grow these brands where it matters in pharmacies across Newcastle / Northern NSW.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of high‑potential retail partners
Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
Execute the “Perfect Store” model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
Build strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities
Report on store-level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game

About you
3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful; experience is preferred)
Track record of meeting or tracking sales targets
Strong relationship-builder with a proactive, hands-on approach
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
Able to travel across your territory
