Role Details
This role involves conducting a restaurant audit, where you will assess the restaurant and conduct checks, ensuring all back and front-of-house operations meet the required standards.
Monthly visits to each restaurant, approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per visit. Visits must completed between 2:15pm - 5pm Monday to Thursday only.
Visit Location - Must be able to commit to a monthly visit at the following locations
* Applecross
* Carousel
* Claremont
* Fremantle
Audit Objectives:
We have partnered with a national group of restaurants to provide independent assessments of:
* Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
* Food Safety
* Liquor Licensing
* Documentation checks.
* Temperature checks.
* Overall cleanliness checks.
* Store signage checks.
* Brand displays/visual merchandising
Training:
* Online Welcome Training and an in-store Training Sessions provided with pay
* Ongoing office support
* Monthly conference calls
* Additional yearly training
Requirements:
* Smartphone/Tablet (as reporting is conducted in-store)
* Confident completing online reports and questionnaires
* Attention to detail
* Professional and proactive attitude
* Ability to commit to all locations for a monthly restaurant visit
* Auditing experience preferred, but not essential
