WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with
min 2+ years post qualification
experience [up to Associate level] in high-end
commercial litigation
and/or
class actions ;
Have proven solid experience litigating in the
higher courts- Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
Have
class actions experience
(preferable) OR if none, are
committed
to learning+ have a
serious genuine interest
in practising in this niche long-term [ESSENTIAL];
have strong technical drafting, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
set yourself
high standards
+are

to obtain the best outcomes for clients;
