About the role:
You’ll take responsibility and accountability for sales performance while overseeing a fleet of assets and construction hire equipment.
Our hire kit includes: Access & Material Handling, Concrete, Cleaning & Floors, Earthmoving, Compaction & Surveying, General Hire – Tooling & Equipment, Landscaping & Gardening, Lighting, Power & Security, Plumbing & Drainage, Scaffolding, Trestles, Planks & Props, Trailers & Vehicles, Transport Services & Tilt Tray Logistics.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing hire operations, servicing and maintenance of all equipment
- Driving new business opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding hire sales targets
- Leading and supporting a dedicated hire team

- Proven track record in sales within the hire industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to source new opportunities and drive growth of a well-established local hire business
