Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager oversees day-to-day operations of assigned properties ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, financial oversight, and exceptional service delivery.
* Manage contractor performance, helpdesk escalations, and ensure timely resolution of service requests
* Oversee compliance documentation, preventative maintenance programs, and contract performance
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities to optimize resource allocation
* Build strong client relationships and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations by delivering high-quality results
* Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), environmental, and risk management policies
