As a Customer Relation Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with our valued Mercedes Benz customers. This position reports to the Business Development Manager and offers a competitive salary along with quarterly bonuses for meeting key performance indicators.
You will interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including:
1. Potential buyers and existing vehicle owners
2. Sales, service, finance, marketing and administration department staff
3. Senior management team
4. Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific
Duties and responsibilities
This role will involve a range of activities, including:
5. Customer complaint management (phone, email, face-2-face)
6. CSI performance monitoring
7. Database management
