Projects and Balcatta office-based role
Australian Citizenship is required for this role
Projects include but not limited to new build, refurbishment, remediation, infrastructure, marine construction
Manage the seamless transition of assets, systems, and documentation between project phases or operational teams.
This role is critical in ensuring the successful transition (Handover Takeover) of systems and assets from construction and commissioning phases to operational readiness, in full compliance with project standards, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and process handover documentation from departments and vendors, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal quality standards.
Monitor and manage the delivery of scope packages & HOTO stages, ensuring documentation meets traceability, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative and technical support for HOTO activities and the Engineering team, including document compilation, formatting, and submission.
Organise and facilitate HOTO meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and preparation of management plans.
Track handover progress, collate reports, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Engage with stakeholders to meet submission deadlines and resolve HOTO-related issues, escalating to SMEs as required.
Develop and improve HOTO processes and tools to ensure consistency and alignment with client requirements.
Support HOTO training and onboarding for team members.
Monitor updates to ERIK and management plans, communicating relevant changes to internal stakeholders.
Seek and act on stakeholder feedback to drive continual improvement and maintain alignment with customer expectations.
ABOUT YOU
Prior Defence experience, specifically managing HOTO on multiple live projects
3+ years construction / engineering experience
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
Police Clearance
White Card
Drivers Licence
