AUTO ELECTRICIAN - BDS MACKAY
BDS Mechanical currently has full time position available for an Auto Electrician to join our team in Mackay doing workshop based and field service roles. This is an opportunity to work on site and a perfect opportunity to join a large, secure, reputable company.

The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Diagnostic experience
- LV, truck & trailer repair experience
- Mobile plant a bonus
- High level of technical ability & knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Strong fault finding skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Extra skills, experience, tickets and licenses will be advantageous
- Spanner knowledge preferred
- Aircon ticket and HV license a bonus
Your duties will include:
- Installing new vehicle wiring systems.
- Installing and troubleshooting immobilizer and alarm systems.
- Gathering information from customers about issues with their electrical system.
- Diagnosing electrical issues and proposing a course of action.
- Providing customers with estimated time and cost for repairs.
- Repairing and replacing faulty wiring or electrical systems.
- Servicing of electrical automotive parts
