Contracts Administrator Role
Join a dynamic team as a Contracts Administrator and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of commercial projects.
* Prepare and evaluate tender documentation, including award processes.
* Develop and manage subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
* Assist with progress claims and external variations.
* Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.
* Manage project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
* Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
* Maintain the project HSE system.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia.
* Preference given to candidates with fit-out and refurbishment experience.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management are required.
* Procore experience is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects across NSW is essential.
* Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors is necessary.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
