Job Title:
Technology Sales Leader - Digital, Engineering, Cloud and Automation, IIoT, SaaS & Data
Key Responsibilities:
* Level 2 technical support for servers, networks, and end user devices.
* Implementation of Desktop and Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
* Remote troubleshooting and support services.
* Logging and management of support requests and queues.
* Maintenance of system procedures documentation.
* Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
* Support for client firewalls and routers.
* Liaison with senior engineers and team leaders on support issues and escalations.
* Experience in troubleshooting Windows workstation environments.
* Understanding of Windows server environments (2003, 2008 Standard/ Enterprise, Storage Server 2008, 2012 Standard/ Essentials).
* Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
* Management of cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365.
* Knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMWare: VSphere, ESXi & VMWare clusters.
* In-depth understanding of networking concepts (TCP/ IP, VPN/ Tunneling, Routing, DNS).
Contract Details:
This is a short-term contract lasting between 3 to 6 months, with potential for conversion to regular employment.
