We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Aged and Disability Care Workers in and around Wagga Wagga who are passionate about making a difference. • Provide personalised assistance and support to clients in their daily activities.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and mobility.
• Create a secure and nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the team.

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Support or relevant qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
• Commitment to upholding client confidentiality and privacy.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in a care setting.

• Previous experience in a similar role or in the care industry.
• Experience working with diverse client groups, including the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Additional certifications or training in areas such as Manual Handling or Medication Administration are advantageous.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (upon employment if successful)
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Valid Driver's License
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
