Your Opportunity
This is a hands on sales role focused on building long term client relationships across Tasmania. You will develop new business opportunities and directly contribute to company growth. You will strengthen partnerships, manage your pipeline and play a key role in expanding the company's market presence.
* Understanding client requirements and presenting tailored construction solutions
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Tasmania
* Attending site visits and client meetings to strengthen relationships
* Managing inbound enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed projects
* Preparing quotes, managing follow ups and maintaining accurate CRM records
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
About You
You are commercially minded, positive and people focused, with a natural ability to build genuine client relationships. You are self motivated, take ownership of your results and follow through consistently. You earn trust through clear communication and professionalism, and are motivated to grow and contribute to the long term success of the business.
You should have
* Proven experience in a sales or client facing role with measurable results
* Strong relationship building and communication skills
* Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritise effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional presentation and client focused mindset
* Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho highly regarded
* Current driver licence and willingness to travel
