We're looking for a digitally minded Product Analyst - Mobile Apps (known internally as a Business Analyst) who thrives at the intersection of mobile apps, web experiences, and customer impact.
In this newly created role, you won't just gather requirement - you'll shape the digital experiences our members and teams rely on every day. Partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering, you'll turn customer insights and business goals into clear, actionable direction that drives smarter decisions and faster delivery.
You'll play a pivotal role in defining the right problems to solve, bringing clarity to complexity, and ensuring every feature we build across our apps and web platforms delivers real value. Your ability to connect the dots - from user behaviour to technical execution - will help create seamless, intuitive experiences that make a genuine difference.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Partner with Product Managers to translate product vision, business requirements, and customer needs into well-defined product requirements and user stories.
* Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
* Synthesise complex information into clear insights, options, and recommended solutions.
* Work closely with UX/UI designers, explaining complex scenarios and providing feature-level input to support user‐centric design.
* Define user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
* Support agile delivery by driving backlog refinement, sprint planning, and providing ongoing support during sprints.
* Ensure the team has a healthy, prioritised backlog of ready-to-deliver work.
* Act as the connective tissue between Product, Design, and Engineering.
* Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
About You
You are a digitally fluent Business Analyst with experience working across mobile apps and/or web platforms, passionate about creating seamless, customer‐centred digital experiences. You excel at translating business needs, customer insights, and technical input into clear, actionable requirements that guide product teams to the right outcomes. Curious and analytical, you're comfortable challenging assumptions, clarifying complex problems, and working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape solutions that are simple, intuitive, and impactful.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* 3–5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital app and/or web development environments.
* Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, including user story definition and requirements gathering.
* Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* A proactive, action-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* High attention to detail and a passion for clear, structured documentation.
* Hands‐on experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage backlogs and delivery.
Desirable
* Relevant tertiary qualification in an Information Technology or related discipline
* Experience in a similar digital role, who utilised Salesforce.
* Hands‐on experience with one or more tools in our stack, namely: Salesforce, Figma, React, React‐Native mobile apps, .NET.
* A willingness to experiment with and apply AI tools to speed up your work and improve its quality.
