About This Role
The organisation is a small, majority‑Indigenous not‑for‑profit dedicated to strengthening mental health and wellbeing outcomes through lived experience leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, email coordination, travel and meeting arrangements.
* Maintain organised file and document management systems using cloud-based platforms.
* Support the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations as required.
* Contribute to day-to-day operational needs across a small, collaborative team environment.
* Assist in strengthening organisational systems and workflows during transitional phases.
The Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who is confident working independently with minimal supervision.
You bring composure, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills, and you value respectful communication and cultural safety.
You are comfortable working fully remotely, managing your own schedule, and staying organised and proactive without direct oversight.
You are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to maintain clear and timely communication with leadership and the broader team in a remote environment.
You can navigate ambiguity with patience, and are adaptable to changing priorities.
You understand how to build trust over time, particularly within an Indigenous-led organisation, and approach your work with humility, steadiness, and integrity.
You are capable of managing competing priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting leadership with discretion and sensitivity.
