We seek a Home Care Assistant to provide care and support in clients' homes. As a trusted professional, you will deliver high-quality care services with compassion and understanding.
* Work within a client-centred framework that prioritizes their needs and rights
* Assist with personal care, including hygiene and dressing needs
* Support daily tasks, companionship, and leisure activities
* Prepare meals, administer medications, and monitor client health changes
Requirements
* A recognised qualification in individual care (essential)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
* A current National Police Check and NSW Working with Children Check
* A valid driver's licence and First Aid certification
