Key ResponsibilitiesManage sales and leasing transactions across a portfolio of commercial or industrial assetsProactively source and secure new business through prospecting and relationship buildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and local businessesConduct property inspections and prepare tailored marketing and campaign strategiesLead negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for clientsProvide market insights, valuation input, and reporting to clients and stakeholdersCollaborate closely with internal marketing, research, and administration teamsMaintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems
What We’re Looking ForCurrent NSW Real Estate LicenceProven experience in property sales and/or leasingStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeedStrong understanding of the Newcastle & Hunter market, or a genuine interest in commercial/industrial propertyHigh level of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Senior candidates will also demonstrate leadership capability, a strong fee generation history, and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
