About the role:
* Ensure timely completion of fleet maintenance tasks
* Collaborate with external providers for major repairs
* Develop solutions to equipment breakdowns and opportunities for improvement
* Maintain accurate records and paperwork
* Participate in regular meetings and contribute to discussions
* Identify and address equipment issues promptly
* Develop and implement schedules for major plant inspections and repairs
* Work collaboratively with the Operations team
