We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our team at Melton Central Kindergarten. For over 50 years, Melton Central Kindergarten has been a valued part of the local community, delivering high-quality and inclusive early childhood education. Our passionate and experienced educators provide engaging Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten programs that inspire children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are committed to creating meaningful partnerships with families to support each child’s unique interests, strengths, and development. Through play-based learning in a safe and nurturing environment, children are encouraged to build confidence and develop essential social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive skills. We have 3 exciting opportunities available: Position 1 Part-time, working 26.25 hours per week on the following roster: Monday: Fortnightly planning Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:45pm Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm Friday: 8:00am – 4:45pm You will be working wihtin our 4YO group. Position 2 Part-time, working 26.25 hours per week on the following roster: Monday: 8:00am – 4:45pm Tuesday: 8:00am – 4:45pm Thursday: Fortnightly planning Friday: 8:00am – 4:45pm You will be working wihtin our multiage group. Position 3 Part-time, working 17.5 hours per week on the following roster: Monday: 8:00am – 4:45pm Tuesday: 8:00am – 4:45pm Wednesday: Fortnightly planning You will be working within our 4YO group. About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
