About You Degree qualified in Civil Engineering. Some practical experience in civil design or infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, water, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. Comfortable managing priorities in a busy project environment. Good communicator who can explain technical information in a straightforward way.
