About the Role
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring that the intake and dispatch of goods is done in a timely and efficient manner including dealing with transport and customers. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for regularly ensuring that adequate stock is available and stored to ensure the maximisation and efficient utilisation of storage space.
Skills & experience
The Warehouse Operator role requires the following skills and experience:
* Current Forklift Licence and Driver Licence (Required)
* Proven working experience as a Warehouse Operator
* Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
* Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Ability to lift heavy objects
* Good communication skills
* Experience in stock management
* Ability to work in a team, but also work individually and unsupervised
