Key Responsibilities

* Operational Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to Wealth Advisors, ensuring seamless service delivery and meeting client needs.
* Client Communication: Handle inbound calls and email requests, scheduling and gathering client data for ongoing processes.
* Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork and procedures for client requests, adhering to compliance requirements.
* Coordinated Efforts: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requests are fulfilled efficiently.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate data across systems, updating as necessary to ensure transparency and reliability.
* Research and Resolution: Research client issues in conjunction with back-office operation partners to resolve queries promptly.
Requirements

* Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience: Five years of relevant job experience within the financial services industry.
* Financial Services Background: Prior experience working in an office environment with a customer service focus is beneficial.
* Notary Designation: Notary designation is a plus.
* Eligibility for CFP: Eligible to pursue a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
* Skills and Abilities:
o Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
o Communication Skills:
+ Verbal Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
+ Written Communication: Strong written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
o Technical Skills:
+ Microsoft Office: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; prior use of CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.
