We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join our team on a landmark multi-storey residential project about to come out of the ground in Canberra's inner north.
About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the structural works, including:
· Supervision of concrete, formwork, reinforcement and post-tensioning works
· Coordinating subcontractors and trades to program
· Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
· Managing site labour, materials and plant
· Maintaining strong site safety practices and compliance
· Liaising with engineers, consultants and the site management team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on resi unit or similar projects
· Strong knowledge of concrete structures and sequencing
· Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
· Solid leadership and communication skills
· Strong focus on safety and quality
