Marketing Coordinator
This role involves coordinating end-to-end campaigns, managing suppliers, supporting digital channels, and ensuring the seamless rollout of marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive campaign execution, boost brand presence, create engaging content, run weekly email marketing, and support creative production.
* Coordinate marketing plans, materials, scheduling, and delivery across multiple commercial property campaigns.
* Plan, post, and monitor social media content, plus report weekly on performance.
* Support copywriting for listings, ads, EDMs, and digital campaigns.
* Coordinate EDMs and track key metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, confident communication, experience within real estate or property, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and digital and social media awareness. They should be proactive, flexible, and have a positive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
